Father God,
Our son is in our arms now... we praise you for his life! What a gift you have brought to us, what a great responsibility. Lord, I know that we are on a journey now as parents, and we ask for your wisdom, for humility, and for grace to pass on to him. Our purpose is to love and guide him in such a way that he will be open to your transforming love. I pray that we, as parents, will grow close to your heart as our Parent. Glory to you!
